How To Use?
Cut as needed. Cut along the contour that matches your original shoe insoles, or use the size chart as a guide. Remove existing shoe insole and replace with our plantar fasciitis insoles with hard tpu side down.
Note:
1.Please wash by hand, do not use washing machine, and air dry in a ventilated place.
2.You may feel pressure on the foot during the first 3-7 days of wearing. This is normal because your feet are not used to arch support. We therefore recommend starting with 2-5 hours daily wearing and gradually increasing the wearing time.
